We flagged ingredient incompatibilities (oil-in-water mixing issues, pH conflicts between retinol and AHAs, stability concerns, and overuse of irritating ingredients). Then we proposed a simplified formula strategy that aligned with the brand’s “gentle” positioning and still delivered strong anti-aging benefits.
